Folios 191-192. Letter from Mr Payne, Clerk to the Magistrates, Milverton, [Somerset], concerning two incendiary fires at Rowe's Farm belonging to James Tyler, Clatworthy. He refers to another fire at Jew's Farm, Wiveliscombe, belonging to Thomas Boucher, and states that Mr Webber and the Sun Fire Office promise a reward of £100. Asks the government to offer a further reward and pardon to any accomplices giving information.
