Folios 166-172. Letter from Joseph Gribble, Coroner, Moretonhampstead, Devon, the foreman and 23 jurors, concerning the murder and robbery of Jonathan May, Sowton Barton, Dunsford, on 16 July 1835. They ask the government to offer a reward and pardon to any accomplices giving information. Further enclosed are copies of the dispositions from 20 local inhabitants.
