- Folio 202. Letter from William Frogson, overseer, Kirton, to the Poor Law Board, stating the extent of land occupied by George Wass is 3 acres and 22 perches. The rent from it is for the use of the parish, the same as the 'Poor Leavy Church Hill Field', 3 acres and 22 perches, given by the [Enclosure] Commissioners in lieu of 2 small allotments lying wide apart.Annotated,'WGL'[William Golden Lumley], asking when the enclosure took place and if possible to forward a copy. Also to ask which commissioners are referred to and for what use the allotments were made.
