Acknowledges receipt of letter from Professor Louis forwarding a report prepared under his direction by Mr F C Garrett on bituminous minerals from Trinidad. Forwards reports by the Government geologist and the Government analyst, and states that he agrees with the former in thinking that Garrett's report should not be published at present.
