Pro-forma draft letter from the Poor Law Board, to Joseph Ward, overseer of the poor, Boughton, 'Newark', regarding his expenses of 15/-, and stating that he should obtain a copy of the auditor's certificate together with a copy of the reasons for his decision as entered into the book of account. Also gives instructions for ensuring the reasons are entered if they have not been. They request that the vouchers for the sum in question should be forwarded to the board.
