Most files concern commercial disputes referred from the Queen's Bench Division of the High Court, and many relate to matters of account and were often heard at District Registries. They contain copies of the various documents arising from the proceedings, such as affidavits, claims, defence and counter-claims, orders, etc, and include a copy of the final report or determination.
