Description

Infant mortality. Considers the main cause to be improper feeding, attributed to poverty and ignorance of the mothers. States that cards are about to be issued with instructions as to the feeding of infants to be distributed with the vaccinations papers and has urged the Poor Law Guardians to interest themselves in the matter.
