Pellagra. States that he has asked Dr F M Sandwith on what terms he will undertake the desired investigation and that on receiving his reply the matter will be brought before the Legislature. Encloses copy of a minute by the Chief Justice in respect of the abandonment of the Bill in 1893 proposing to provide for the registration of deaths. States also that a Bill will be introduced into the House of Assembly at the next meeting.
