Consultation of captains held at Barcelona: upon the return of the Romney, Monk and Greenwich from Gibraltar the second detachment of four ships should sail with Jennings with it in the Blenheim. Sir John Jennings to Dartmouth enclosing a copy of the articles additional to the treaty. The suspension of arms is to begin on 1 July NS. He encloses a copy of the consultation above. Dated at Barcelona.No. 138
