He has procured provisions in New England before leaving for Canada. Maryland's refusal to cooperate. Dispatch of the Mary and the Kingston to New York. Disobedience of Sir Charles Hobby. Problems with desertions. He hopes to arrive in the St Laurence river in a few days. Dated on board Windsor at sea. No. 54
