Sir John Norris to Dartmouth: at the request of the duke of Argyll and the king of Spain he has sent the Severn and Dartmouth to Genoa to collect the public money. As the French have threatened the Genoan transports he has sent three ships to escort them to Port Mahon. Dated on board Ranelagh at Barcelona. No. 47
