Sir John Jennings to Dartmouth: his passage from Spithead to Lisbon; damage to the transport Anne. He encloses the results of a council of war. He will await the arrival of the Dutch or the convoy from Ireland. Dated on board Blenheim in Lisbon River.
Major General Thomas Whetham to Dartmouth: his passage from Spithead to Lisbon. Since leaving Portsmouth 60 men have died. They await the arrival of the ships from Ireland or the Dutch.
