Felde complains that Mountford and others arrayed for war and by force and arms entered his close and pasture in Ashton Wood and threw down the hedges and dykes and destroyed the ground and pasture, and daily threaten the petitioner and his servants and tenants who have common in the ground by reason of their tenure to the great damage of the petitioner. He requests that letters of the privy seal are granted to be directed to the evil doers charging them to appear in person before the king and council at a certain place and day and under great pain to answer the premises and other things that shall be laid against them.
