- Rycrofte complains that he was assaulted, wounded and utterly maimed by Porter and others, servants of Radmyle, without any reason, and by whose menaces he dare not abide in his country without the king's aid. He requests letters of the privy seal to Porter and the others commanding them to appear before the king and the lords of his council at a certain day to answer such things as will be objected against them concerning the premises.
