Ludelawe requests remedy as he was appointed by commission with Haselshagh as keepers of the house of Bermondsey to improve the house as they saw fit, but the prior wishing to spend and waste the goods of the house at will, has done all the evil that he can so that the house cannot be sustained, and has procured his kinsman to have Ludelawe attached to be before the marshals and stewards and had him imprisoned for taking money from the house, and has procured to have himself attached to be before the marshals and stewards, and by his default has sought to do the house harm to its great damage.
