[The plaint is damaged, and the full sense if not clear].Exchequer plaint of Lamaigler complaining that Simon and William came into the parish of St Nicholas de la Bocherie [St Nicholas Shambles] and there took various items including a letter of apprenticeship that contained the term of 10 years [...] [and] a letter of obligation by which Essex was bound to the petitioner [...] and detained them by force against the peace to her damage of [...]. She requests remedy.1)
