- The people request that a remedy is ordained and that a chief keeper of the stannary is appointed to live among the tin miners and command the works to the greater profit of the king and to amend the damages and waste done to the people and their land or they will be destroyed and impoverished. Without a warden the tin miners have wasted large quantities of their land by their malice.

- Let this petition be sent to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer, and let it be ordered to them that they do justice to the complainant on the contents in this petition just as by right ought to be done.
