- Borlas requests that it is granted under the prince's seal letters to his feodary to remove his hand from land in Borlase Taillefer and Bossaghammir until the matter of to whom the lands pertain can be discussed. Borlas was granted by letters patent of the late king the lands that were bought by his ancestor without a licence during the war, his ancestor being of French lineage, and these were seized by the feodary of the prince without warrant and against the grant of the late king.
