Nature of request
Aylesbury requests that Richmond be commanded to repay the sum that he took from the petitioner for relief by coercion of distress from the issues and profits of the manor of Rousham for relief, as the manor of Rousham and the homage of Foliot and his heirs of the lands that he holds in Rousham, Barton and Ledwell descended to him as son of Thomas son of Philip de Aylesbury, and were taken into the hand of Edward, late prince of Wales because the petitioner was within age.
Nature of endorsement
The relief within comprised is put in respite until he makes his homage, and upon his homage he should have be discharged, and his oath that he has alleged that he made in the keeping of the lord prince who recently died.
