Nature of request
Rose requests the prince's letters to his feodor in Cornwall to certify the reason that he has pursued the farmer of the petitioner there to pay a certain farm for the wardship of Groos, and at the same time command him not to disturb the petitioner of the custody. Rose was granted the custody of Groos and his lands by Richard II rendering nothing for the keeping, and he was peaceably seised until the coming of the feodary.
