Peyto requests that the prince will command his feoder to cease distraining him to pay relief and do homage to the prince since the king, father of the prince, granted him the manor of Chesterton with land in Sowe and Great Wyrley to keep the forest of Cannock, and Peyto paid the relief to Richard II by process of the Exchequer as appears by the Great Roll of the 22 year.
