Framesden requests that letters are commanded to Cockfield and Peshale as the petitioner's brother enfeoffed them with a certain place called 'Wodehous' with appurtenant lands and tenements by Stamfeld upon certain conditions to be done according to the will of the feoffor that Cockfield and Peshale make a feoffment to the petitioner of the same place [...] according to right and reason and the last will of the feoffor, but the two clerks delay [...] to the great damage of the petitioner.
