- [The petition is partly stained with gall].The merchants and miners request that they be discharged of the custom of 6d the pound on their tin as are wool, hides and lead. They pay the great custom of 40s each thousand of tin, but the collectors immediately make to levy the custom of 6d which is due from other lesser merchandises notwithstanding the great custom.
