Grenehull requests [the delivery] of the lands in Berkhamsted granted by the prince to John de Palyngton and his wife and to the heirs of the body of the said John. Should Palyngton die without heirs of his body, then the land was to remain to the petitioner, and Palyngton's son has now died without issue and the lands were taken into the prince's hand
