Marmyon requests that the prince's bailiffs be commanded to desist from demanding or distraining to make him do suit at the court of Billingborough. He holds [...] from the prince in Billingborough by foreign service and by making suit at the court of Brocklesby making his answer for the preceding year [...] but the prince's bailiffs of Billingborough have summoned him to make a further suit there.

Memorandum that Marmyon is not distrained to make suit at the court of Billingborough for his manor there, but for the land called Cadaslond newly purchased from Agnes, heiress of Gilbert Cadas, the which Agnes made her suit at the court of Billingborough as other tenants made it and [...] seven years.
