- Copy of a final concord made at Westminster between Palmer, plaintiff, and the Loges, deforciants concerning land in Cottingham which the Loges acknowledge to be the right of Palmer and they quitclaim all their rights to him making warranty, and for this, Palmer pays the Loges 20 marks of silver.

- The final concord is dated to 1375-1376 as it comes from an original file of petitions addressed to the Black Prince and or his council dating to those years. The dating clause of the concord is imperfect but dates to the octave of St Hilary, ...6 Edw. III.
