Nature of request
[The presentments are badly damaged on their right-hand side].1) The abbot is presented in various lets for making weirs and digging in the marsh of [...], reciting a suit before the justices in eyre between the abbot and Wake, whereby Wake acknowledged the rights of the abbot.2) It is presented that the abbot has 'golas' [drains] and does not raise or repair them.3) The abbot is presented that he has divided the common fishery.
