Adam requests that the verdict of an inquisition taken by Trenewyth and Nauden that was ordered in response to the petitioner's previous request concerning the land and tenements that Hurne died seised of in Metherill, and which found that Adam was the next heir, be made to come before them, and that Adam be given delivery of the lands and tenements.
