Nature of request
The Wodestokes and Bohun request delivery of the manor of Westcote with the issues taken in the time that the manor has been in the princes hands, as the late Earl of Hereford and Essex enfeoffed Sudbury and others with the manor and other lands and these were settled of the Maghfelds and the issue of Joan Maghfeld's body, they dieing without issue, the manor should revert to the right heirs of the earl. The prince's ministers have entered into the manor against the law.
