Nature of request
Trenaschian requests a remedy is ordained as although he has the prince's letters to the sheriff of Cornwall that he and his men should not be attached because of any inquisition but that he take sufficient mainprise that they be before the council at a day specified in the letters, notwithstanding this the sheriff has put them in exigent and continues to appeal them. In addition he requests that all manner of inquisitions and indictments together with the letters be made to come before the council and judged there.
