Nature of request
Wolf requests that letters are granted to the steward at Benson to enquire if be to anyone's damage for the prince to put the weir adjacent to the petitioner's mill further downstream in the same course of the river so that the prince is able still to have the rent from the petitioner's mill. The mill, called le Quatye, is held at fee farm and is undone because of the ruined weir. He also requests a grant of the river there at fee farm as it was anciently appurtenant to the mill.
