- The executors of Elizabeth de Lascelles request remedy because Kilvington, at the command of Edward II in the 17th year of his reign, took from them 60 acres of wheat and 54 acres of oats valued at £24 3s 4d. They have received no payment and so cannot fulfil the requests of the testament.

- The petition should be shown in Chancery, and there a writ will be sent to Kilvington who should make grace to the executors concerning the things thus taken for the King's use.
