Nature of request
Frescenade, Norht', Stanes and le Orfevere, who pledged that St Peter would be at the London guildhall on a certain day regarding £46 which Briland owed him, request remedy because although they all came to the guildhall on that day, the mayor and sheriffs did not. Cobham and his council have adjudged that the petitioners should pay the said £46 and has issued a writ to levy the sum from their lands and chattels.
