Cressy requests remedy and grace so that his church of Our Lady, Greasley is not disinherited as he was accustomed to take tithes from the wood of Willeye which the king held by the fee of Peveril, and the king granted the same at fee farm to Adam de Hamilton who leased it to William his brother who assarted it and brought it into cultivation, and the petitioner demanded the tithes from this and pursued the matter in court Christian but is disturbed by a prohibition of the king.
