Nature of request
Copy of a final concord made between Zouche, plaintiff, and Welton, deforciant whereby Welton recognizes the manor of Welton with its appurtenances to be the right of Zouche as that which Zouche had of the gift of Welton; Welton also grants land held in dower by Felice de Welton, and by the Tywe in Norton after the deaths of Felice and Margery de Tywe to Zouche. And for this Zouche in turn grants the manor of Rockbeare with the advowson of the church there to Welton.
