The prior requests remedy and aid of the king and that they be put in the seisin of the manors of Hooe and Weedon Bec as they had it before they were taken into the king's hand because of the war as since the manors were given back to them with other lands their villain tenants there have retained and refused their customs and services.

Since they are seised of the manors, let them distrain their tenants for the services owed.
