Nature of request
The burgesses requests letters patent to distrain those who have land and rent in the town but live in London, York, Lincoln, Beverley and elsewhere who do not contribute to taxes, aids, tallages and other charges for the reason that they are enfranchised by other towns as they hold a third of the town.

They should distrain them to make contribution until etc.
