Cundelive requests that he can have a writ to assign Bereford, Warr' and Lodbeck to take the attaint and to attaint those false people of their false oaths as he arraigned a jury to come before Crekedayke and Inge, justices of assize in Warwickshire assigned to attaint the jurors in an assize of novel disseisin of which the Okoveres were plaintiffs and Cundelive and others defendants concerning a messuage in Coventry, but the attaint is delayed by the irregular attendance of the justice who come from distance.
