Terry requests remedy as he brought an assize of novel disseisin against Tony and others named in the writ before Batsford and Hegham, justices and recovered the tenements named in the writ and his damages of 40 marks, but he is not able to have a writ for the recovery of his damages from the justices.

The record should be brought before the king, and execution should be made there.
