[The petition is not fully legible].The petitioners request that they can have delivery as they were taken and imprisoned falsely by the appeal of Mascoun, and they cannot have delivery because they are accused of the death of Spicer in Haringey in Middlesex which is outside their jurisdiction.
Nature of endorsement
It is agreed that the justices assigned to deliver the gaol are to have come by writ of the king under the testimony [...] by law-worthy men from where they were from, and also jurors from where the felony was committed.
