Nature of request
Copy of letters patent of Edward I referring to a grant by Queen Eleanor to Vescy of the houses of Baggard in London which were inspected before the queen's death, and granting that Vescy should have the houses and hold them to her heirs and to those to whom she would give or assign them for 2s annually to be rendered at the Exchequer.
Nature of endorsement
If it was distrained against the form of the charter of the king then he should redeem the distraint and if he is injured he should sue and let him be heard.
