Duby requests remedy as Gaunt gave Folkingham to the king with the appurtenances and Duby is disturbed in his lands adjoining by the bailiffs, and appropriate more than Gaunt or his ancestors held. He requests that it is ordained that this is enquired of by the people of the country so that he is not disinherited by the power of the king's bailiffs.1)
