Loung requests that certain justices at the Guildhall be commanded that they do right to her in her presence as she leased 40s of rent to Bideford in Smithfield by letter for a term, and after he was seised he secretly stole her seal and made a charter of feoffment of the rent for him and his heirs.
Nature of endorsement
She should sue as far as to judgment, and if he is injured, he should complain, and justice will be done to him.
