- Herdeby requests remedy as he brought a writ of novel disseisin against the prior of Haverholme and others named in the writ, but the justices have repeatedly adjourned the suit from the feats of St Margaret in the 27th year, and on the last occasion the prior had nothing to say to delay judgment, and Herdeby brought a writ of Chancery commanding them to render judgment, but they to the petitioner's great damage adjourned judgment until St Margaret next to come by their will and without reason.
