- Halgheton requests restitution of the manor of Catton as he was enfeoffed of it by Seynt Aumaund after the death of Lestrange who held it in dower, and in the meantime she was to make to him the services that she had formerly made to Seynt Aumaund, as after her death he was seised of the manor for a year or so when the sheriff took the manor into the king's hand on the king's order to deliver it to Seynt Aumaund or his attorney to the great damage of the petitioner, and against the law.
