[Petition in 2 parts:]1) Porteioys states that he has long served the king and his father in the sergeanty of the rolls of Chancery and now his sight and strength fail him so that he cannot work as he was would want, and he requests that the grant to him of the custody of the lands and the heir of Ellis de Rilleston which are two parts of the land that Rilleston held from the honour of Richmond be accomplished as he has had nothing of it.2) He requests allowance for a horse of his, and of the cost of the horse for two years, as the horse carried the rolls of the Chancery in Wales in the time of the war of Llewelyn and elsewhere not in time of war, and it died in the king's service.1)
