Nature of request
The executors request that it is commanded that they have a writ to the justice and treasurer of Ireland to enquire of the debts due to Vescy on the day that he gave the county of Kildare to the king, and that they levy the debts and deliver them to the executors, and that any of the debts that have been levied or received before the date of the writ also be delivered.
Nature of endorsement
He should sue against the debtors by the common law.
