King.
Nature of request
Pasceu requests that the chancellor be commanded to try her right to a messuage and land in Bodmin, and that in the meantime she is able to have the same, finding surety to answer to the king for the value of this should her title be found false as she will be entirely ruined without the king's aid. She held the messuage and land but Tresilian made Fatte claim the same messuage and land and she was ousted though he had no right or claim. Fatte enfeoffed Tresilian with the messuage and land, but the petitioner re-entered when Tresilian was impeached of treason. She was again disseised by the king's officers because of Tresilians former possession
