Nature of request
Ellefeld requests restitution of the 100s rent in Blunsdon that Marion gave annually to Stratton as a pension for his life, as the rent was seized into the king's hand by Stratton's forfeiture, and the petitioner could not have recovery even after Stratton's death. Several inquisitions have been held proving the authenticity of this claim.
