- Glasham states that the Langtons by their attorney by petition to the king have claimed their right in certain tenements in Berwick, and the king lately gave the tenements to Glasham as his escheat. Glasham is pressed to clarify and show his and the king's right, and requests that he is called before the king and his council.

- The petition is dated to c. 1311 in accordance with the dating of SC 8/327/E855 a clearly closely related petition, though this petition may precede the making of the ordinances in 1311, as the petitioner seems to still be in possession of the tenements in Berwick, and had been removed by the time of that petition.
